KDE Wallet problem after upgrading Ubuntu 24.04 LTS to 26.04 LTS

My wallet became inaccessible with Wallet settings and KWalletManager after upgrading Ubuntu 24.04 to 26.04. Both settings section and KWalletManager went blank on any operations

Checking on user journal:

Install libqca-qt6-plugins and reboot to fix this:
