CDJ-800MK2: add 3x faster text scrolling, ±6% tempo range

I like to have tempo/key and full remixer credits in track titles, default scroll speed is slow af. I also like to ramp tempo slowly, so it's better to have a ±6% (.02%) mode like on the 1000MK3 and newer models instead of WIDE

This is as far as I have verified working for now, trying to add ±6% without replacing WIDE/set ±6% as default at power on bricked both of my decks. Until I can disassemble and rescue the flash chips with a programmer, RIP
